Do I need to book an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. However, to avoid waiting-especially during peak hours-we recommend booking your slot in advance through WhatsApp or by calling us.

How long do loc or braid services take?

Service duration depends on length, thickness, and style. Simple retwists or wash-and-style sessions take around 45-60 minutes, while micro locs, sister locs, or extensions may take several hours. Our team will provide a clear estimate based on your hair.
